I looked at my library of videos and I did not come across the ss rdx screen when working on the note 10. I don't 100% know if you can get the ss rdx on the note 10 but my opinion is I don't think so.

yes. you erased the screenlock. but you 100% still need your google/gmail - especially if you turned on "Find My Device" security. You can see your gmail login and password by going to the 3 dots in your browser (upper right) click > settings > autofill > password manager

Under Security, you can try "Smart Lock" that is a setting that keeps your phone unlocked while it's on you or while you are in a place you trust - like at home.

nav bar will always be at the bottom. there is no option to change were it is located on the phone - other than the bottom

no worries. I think the newest motos have this: settings > system > navigation bar > change order... However, I just opened up my Moto G Stylus 5G and that is not in any of the options Pfft.

I see I have an update. Let me update and I'll see if that nav option is available in the newest update.............

more of a problem child lol. The HD65 is a very very budget phone. There are some shortfalls in performance and reliability; but it has helped many Americans who needed a budget phone. Do you have a specific question that I can help you with?

Is your bill paid? If yes, then can you get signal when you go outside - away from the house or buildings? Sometimes you need to power off/on device to let it reset it's connection to the nearby towers. If not, then contact your carrier to see if they have any outages (via online chat or do a "is _________ (your carrier) down" in a google search. I hope it is an easy fix for you. Best.

@@JasonClements it’s a pay-as-you-go phone. It was working fine until I did this reset. I got it for free though so it’s really not the end of the world. Strange though

Also got 2 free iPhones as well! I think they’re iPhone 7’s. But usually iPhones I can’t keep, even if they have no passcode because you need the Apple ID in order to reset them. But very rarely the customer reset it prior to bringing it in for destruction!! I mean obviously given my profession I can’t give them to people, or sell them, because that data is still probably recoverable. For for my own personal use it’s fine, because I’m not going to try accessing it lol EDIT: make that one.. damnit. Other one did have an apple ID

If you set up your phone with google/gmail then you will 100% still need your google or gmail to log back in even after a hard reset. if you are on yt here, then go to your browser upper right 3 dots > settings > autofill > password manager to find your login and password to YT/google/gmail. Good luck.

Clean the corrosion with an old wire brush or toothbrush - on both the battery and the device. If that doesn't help, find a friend or family or co-worker who has the same phone and borrow their battery. Or buy an old beat up phone on eBay and get the battery out of it. Good luck to you.
